New Reports in Sales
Description
As of Release 4.5A you can use the following new reports in Sales:
- Orders within time period (SDORDE01)
- This report creates a list of all the orders that have been created within a certain time period, regardless of sold-to party or material.
- In the sales menu, choose Order -> Lists -> Orders within time period.
- Expiring quotations (SDQUOT01)
- This report creates a list of all the quotations that will expire by the date that you have entered. You can also enter the business partner or material, if required.
- In the sales menu, choose Quotations -> Lists -> Expiring quotations.
- Expired quotations (SDQUOT02)
- This report creates a list of all the quotations that will have expired by the current date.
- In the sales menu, choose Quotations -> Lists -> Expired quotations.
- Completed quotations (SDQUOT03)
- This report creates a list of all the quotations that have been converted into sales orders or rejected.
- In the sales order, choose Quotation -> Lists -> Completed quotations.
- Expiring contracts (SDCONT01)
- This report creates a list of contracts that will expire by the date that you have entered.
- In the sales menu, choose Outline agreement -> Contract -> Lists -> Expiring contracts.
- Expired contracts (SDCONT02)
- This report creates a list of all the contgracts that will have expired by the current (today's) date.
- In the sales menu, choose Outline agreement -> Contract -> Lists -> Expired contracts.
- Completed contracts (SDCONT03)
- This report creates a list of all the complete contracts.
- In the sales menu, choose Outline agreement -> Contract -> Lists -> completed contracts.
To improve system performance as much as possible, we recommend that you restrict the list of documents by entering selection criteria. However, in order to keep your search as flexible as possible, the obligatory entry fields in the selection screens have been kept to a minimum.
You can then process the lists with the functions in the ABAP List Viewer. This enables you to:
- Branch from the line into document processing
- Display the document flow
Damage caused to data by errors
Software/hardware requirements
Installation information
Effects on System Administration
Effects on Customizing
Effect on batch input
Changes to the Interface
Changes in procedure
Procedure for removing dataset errors
