EnjoySAP - Completion indicator for addresses and address intervals

Scope of Functions

Up to Release 4.6A, you could set an overall completion status for mailings. However, there was no status for individual addresses, for example when processing customers one at a time in a call center campaign.

We have now enhanced our Sales Support functions to include a flexible completion status which you can set for individual addresses, as well as for address intervals.

The new Status column and indicator can be found in the Edit Addresses and Edit Intervals screens. You set the indicator to Not yet edited or Completed to specify whether an address has been processed. You can set the status Being edited or Completed for the address interval.

Note that once you set this indicator for an address or address interval, the system will not take it into account when processing the address list for a mailing campaign or automatic dialing, for example.

When you set the indicator for an address interval, all addresses in the interval are considered complete for processing. The statuses for the addresses are not actually set to complete, however, allowing you to set or reverse the status of an address interval without losing the original statuses of the individual addresses.
