Extending BAPIs: Determining Sales Area/Ship-to Party
Scope of Functions
For Release 4.6A, the
- BAPI_SALESORDER_SIMULATE
- BAPI_SALESORDER_CREATEFROMDAT1
- BAPI_SALESORDER_CREATEFROMDAT2
BAPIs have been extended with the following functions:
If a sales area has not been specified in the order header, the system uses the sold-to or ship-to party, specified in the partner table, to determine the sales area. If it cannot find a unique sales area, the system informs you as such in a message and the order is not created.
