Document Flow with Object References

Scope of Functions

In Release 4.6A, the document flow for sales documents has been extended to include object references. The following preceding documents that reference to the actual sales document can be displayed:

• Sales activities

• Preceding documents, created externally (for example, by Mobile Sales) and forwarded to the SAP System

Any additional links to the sales activity, such as texts, internet addresses, notes or documents, are highlighted in color in the document flow. If you choose Additional links, the system displays a dialog box with all the links. To display a link, just double-click on it. You can also use other buttons in the dialog box to create additional links to the sales activity.
