EnjoySAP - Scrollable Subscreens in Sales Documents

Scope of Functions

In order to enter document data quickly and easily, you need to be able to view all the important detailed data for the order header and items in one glance and enter it all in one screen.

As of Release 4.6A, the Sales and Item Details tab pages have been extended with subscreens,where you can enter detailed data for the header and item. These subscreens contain all the detailed data fields for header and items.

In the standard system, these additional subscreens are filled with a selection of fields.

You can use transaction variants to add extra fields, or hide unnecessary ones, in the subscreens. You can also determine how large the entry area should be for the header data and how many individual fields should be displayed. The system will automatically add a page up/down function if the number of fields in the subscreen exceed the screen area.

As of Release 4.6A , you can also assign transaction variants to individual order types (for more information, see the Release Note for Transaction Variants per Order Type).
