E-Mail Notifications in Selling via eBay (New)

Use

As of SAP E-Commerce for mySAP ERP 2005, e-mail notifications are supported in the Web auctions business scenario Selling via eBay in ERP as follows:

Selling via eBay in ERP (independent checkout)	Selling via eBay in ERP (eBay checkout)
Winner notification with checkout instructions	Yes	Not relevant
Order confirmation after checkout	Yes	Yes

The main purpose of these e-mail notifications is to keep the auction winner updated with the status of the auction and of his or her order. In the notification, you can also include promotions and campaigns, and provide your customers with information about upcoming auctions.
