SD_01: Condition Information on Web User Interface (New)

Use

As of SAP ECC 6.0, Enhancement Package 2 (SAP_APPL 602), Logistics S&D Simplification sales employees can get a personal worklist with an overview of condition information.

Example
Employees with the portal role Internal Sales Representative can get an overview with the following condition information: sales data, customer data, price data, and validity dates. If the condition information refers to pricing conditions, the sales employee can display additional detail data, such as scale prices or condition supplements (for example, rebates).

Determine and Display Data

The system can compile the condition information from several condition tables. In the backend system, the system determines the condition records according to fixed rules and displays the required condition information in the portal in a tabular overview. It displays the personal worklist in the portal as a query. The worklist type defines the basic contents of the query.

• The most important worklists (worklist types) have already been defined for the Internal Sales Representative role. These worklist categories are assigned to the Sales and Distribution application, for example Sales: Customer Price and Sales: Material Price. You can see an overview of the available worklist types in the Implementation Guide (IMG) under Personal Worklist (POWL for SAP ERP 2005).

• You can also define special worklist types for other applications, such as discount information for purchasing.

You make the basic settings for the personal worklist in the Implementation Guide (IMG), under Sales and Distribution -> Portal Role "Internal Sales Representative" -> Personal Worklist (POWL for SAP ERP 2005).

So that the system can display condition information in the worklist, you must carry out some additional activities:

• If you want to use the existing worklist types for the Internal Sales Representative, carry out the activities under: Sales and Distribution -> Portal Role "Internal Sales Representative" -> Personal Worklist (POWL for SAP ERP 2005).

• If you want to define new worklist types, carry out the role-specific activities under: Personal Worklist for Condition Information.
