Internal Sales Representative (Enhanced)
Use
As of SAP enhancement package 6 for ERP 6.0 SP04 (SAP_APPL 606), side panels have been added to the Internal Sales Representative role (SAP_SR_INT_SALES_REP_5) in the Sales and Distribution component (SD) in SAP NetWeaver Business Client for Desktop. Based on the technical role SAP_BSSP_SD_SIDEPANEL, the internal sales representative can use the following side panels for the Sales UI:
- Display notes and attachments
- Functions for intercompany collaboration with SAP StreamWork
- Display customer credit data
- Display master data details such as customer, company code, and material
- Reports on payments and customer balances
- External web services
