Side Panel - Customer Credit Data (New)

Use

As of SAP enhancement package 6 for ERP 6.0 SP04 (SAP_APPL 606), the side panel Customer Credit Data(BSSP_SP_CUST_CREDIT_INFO) is available. Internal sales representatives can use this side panel to display Credit Management/Risk Management (SD-BF-CM) data from the Sales and Distribution (SD) component. When creating an order, for example, this provides the internal sales representatives with information about the customer's credit limit and credit exposure.

The following business add-ins are available with the Customer Credit Data side panel:

• Adjust Output of Credit Info API FB (BADI_SDPNL_CREDIT_INFO), which allows you to change or overwrite a customer's credit information.

• Adjust Credit Representative( CREDIT_REPRESENTATIVE), which you can use to change or overwrite credit representative data.
