New Requirements for Output Printout in the Billing Document

Description

Output determination for printing billing documents includes the following new requirements:

• Requirement 60: Only print if the billing document is complete and
  not relevant for the invoice list

• Requirement 61: Only print if the billing document is complete and
  not relevant for the invoice list and if the net
  value is not equal to zero

• Requirement 62: Only print if the billing document is complete and
  not relevant for the invoice list and if it has
  already been transferred to FI

A billing document is complete if both the billing data and the pricing and foreign trade data (in case of export/import transactions) are complete.
