Foreign trade: Changing export control data

Description

In foreign trade, you can now change the outcome of the export control check performed by the system and change license assignments as well. This is not possible using the transaction for changing the sales document, but only in a separate transaction.

The system carries out a separate authorization check. You can set the display or change authorization in authorization object Export licenses: Authorization for legal regulations (V_EMBK_GEG) in object class Sales & Distribution.

In order to carry out the changes, select Foreign trade --> License --> Export control data --> Change.

You can change license assignments. Each item can be released by assigning a license. Only active export regulations are displayed.
