FIN_ACC_GC_BCOMB: Business Function FIN, GC, Business Combinations (New)

Use

As of SAP enhancement package 5 for SAP ERP 6.0 (SEM-BW 605), the new business function Financials, Group Close, Business Combinations is available. Using this business function, you can adjust the consolidation of investments to reflect changed accounting principles that result from the Business Combinations project. The new functions support the management, calculation, and automated posting of consolidation entries for goodwill, minority interests, and changes in the percentage of ownership in accordance with the recent changes in accounting principles.

The Financials, Group Close, Business Combinations business function also contains additional new and changed functions.
