Value Driver Tree (changed and new)

Use

• Text- and Graphic-Based Design: You can stucture value driver trees as graphic-based or as text-based.

• Simulation Value Fields:You can use simulation value fields to enter values in the value fields of a value driver tree and automatically calculate the values for higher-level value drivers. You can also save the calculated value fields in an InfoCube (you must assign certain properties to the InfoCube).

• Value Driver Trees Based on Planning Functions: You can automatically create value driver trees that refer to planning functions.

• Data Version Based on Time Stamp Comparisons: When designing a value driver tree, you can define whether the system is to compare the time stamps of the presented data (for example, data from the SAP Business Information Warehouse and from the buffer). This ensures that the current data is displayed and ensures optimum performance.
