Use

Stakeholder Management

  • Various display types for the stakeholder list (for example, also hierarchies for SAP Business Information Warehouse)
  • Free selection of stakeholders according to personal filter criteria.
  • New fields for transfer of stakeholder data (for example, correspondence language, financial center)
  • Various address types (for example, correspondence address, private address, headquarters)
  • Maintenance of general information on stakeholders as company or personnel profile
  • Automatic compilation of current information on a stakeholder in a printable stakeholder profile
  • Homepages, notes and attachments as additional information on a stakeholder
  • Relationships between stakeholders ("contact person for", "manager of" and so on)
  • Detailed information on stock ownership of a stakeholder (incl. graphical display)
  • Mass change (simultaneous execution of similar changes to the stakeholder data of several stakeholders)

Contact Management

  • Various display types for contacts list (list by processing status, processor, contact type and so on)

  • Linking of a contact to related contacts
  • Automatic workflow for contacts resulting from e-mails received (creation of new contact, comparison of sender with stakeholder list, transfer as new stakeholder and so on)
