Changes in flow of cost trace procedure

Description

1. Partner object vs. Originating object in trace table FERC_F3

For CO transactions to be treated as primary costs like distributions the table FERC_F3 contained the information about the originating object of the transaction. From now on it stores the partner object like it is already done for virtual primary costs caused by clearing or negative flows.

1. Endless loop error message lists loop objects

The error message F=233 'Endless loop in path # detected' has been changed to output the more meaningful information of the CO object involved.
