Two new indicators added to the general parameters

Description

1. Force direct account assignment for external settlement cost elements

Before version 1.2 you have been forced to always directly assign a regulatory account to each and every external settlement cost element. From this version on external settlement cost elements can also be treated like any other primary cost element.

1. Treat all clearing costs in non-regulatory companies as misc. costs

If this indicator is checked then all clearing costs originating from non-regulatory company codes would be treated as miscellaneous costs. This ensures that primary costs in non-regulatory company codes on benefits or payroll tax cost elements do not contribute to benefits and payroll tax percentages used to split the clearing costs in the regulatory company codes.
