Drill down list for regulatory accounts

Description

It is now possible to read the account balances either from drill down table or directly from the General Ledger. This allows you to identify manual postings to regulatory accounts which have not been created by the regulatory reporting module.

To analyze the manual postings a new function has been added listing the line items for regulatory accounts.
