Additional clearing categories
Description
You can define an unlimited number of special clearing categories besides the predefined categories Benefits and Payroll tax.
In addition you can break-down clearing costs not only cost element but also cost element / CO object based by assigning specific clearing groups to the clearing objects.

Changes in procedure
Two new tables have been created to define the clearing categories. In the first you define variants of primary cost elements. In the second one you assign the cost element variants to clearing cost elements and optionally clearing objects.
The clearing group can be assigned in a new field in the already existing specific clearing cost object assignment table.
Effects on Customizing
The Controlling area dependent parameters screen has been modified to support the new tables.
Descriptions for the new cost element variants and the clearing groups can be defined in the General parameters.
Dependent functions
The old regulatory parameters can still be processed correctly. They will be automatically converted when you copy them to a new period.
