Handling of clearing objects corrected

The clearing percentages calculated for benefits and payroll tax could be incorrect if multiple company codes where used with a net flow between the clearing pots of the different company codes. The denominator for the percentage calculations was the total amount of primary costs in a company code instead of the total flow between clearing and non-clearing. This error resulted in slightly incorrect splits for the individual virtual costs per clearing object. However the total balance was always correct. The differences where treated as rounding differences.
Since version 1.2 different clearing pots per company code are used to calculate the percentages for benefits, payroll tax, and miscellaneous costs. However, the total rounding differences were applied to the one object with the highest absolute amounts of virtual primary costs. These remainders are now calculated and allocated per company code.
