New Message Control function: Communication strategy

Description

Communication strategies can be used, for example, to ensure that information is sent to customers primarily via e-mail, although customers without an e-mail address receive the information via fax.

Effects on Customizing

To define communication strategies, select the following menu path in Customizing: Cross-application components -> Message Control -> Define communication strategy.
