End-User Experience Monitoring

Use

You can carry out End-User Experience Monitoring (EEM) using the automatic configuration. Alternatively, you can carry out the corresponding IMG activities (manually).

If EEM:

• is carried out using automatic configuration, you need to assign the Work Center for Solution Manager Configuration to your configuration user. Note the IMG activity for the Guided Procedure for Automatic Configuration under the node forEnd-User Experience Monitoring.

• carry out the IMG activities of transaction SPRO, you need to carry out all activities under the node for End-User Experience Monitoring.
