Assigning the Work Center to Users

Use

You assign the corresponding work center to users. Up to release 7.1, the assignment of the work center (and thus the allowed activities in this work center) was controlled using authorization object CRM_TXT_ID. From release 7.1 onwards, authorization object SM_SDK_ACT is used for this.

You must modify the authorization assignment accordingly for existing role assignments for users of the service desk.
