Harmonization of Global Outline Agreement (GOA) and Local SAP SRM Contract (New)

Use

As of SAP Supplier Relationship Management 7.0 (SAP SRM 7.0), you can incorporate the benefits of two leading SAP purchasing systems into one powerful and enlarged contract management hub.

An SAP ERP global outline agreement (GOA) contains operational advantages such as:

  • Distribution
  • Registration

SAP SRM local contracts offer strategic features in a user-friendly system environment, which include:

  • Contract Hierarchies
  • Grouping Logic

SAP SRM 7.0 combines all of these characteristics into a powerful central contract without sacrificing any functionality. A flow-on benefit is the ability to use the central contract as source of supply in SAP SRM and SAP ERP systems in parallel, providing the opportunity to attain stronger purchasing conditions using release aggregation.
