Field Control on Procurement Documents (New)

Use

As of SAP enhancement package 1 for SAP Supplier Relationship Management 7.0 (SAP SRM 7.0), you can control the visibility and enablement of business partner fields in procurement documents and of ship-to address fields specifically in shopping carts. You can define fields as visible, enabled, or mandatory, or you can disable fields altogether if you do not want certain fields to be visible on the user interface.

You define the Customizing settings for this function in Customizing for SAP Supplier Relationship Management under SRM Server -→ Cross-Application Basic Settings --> Extensions and Field Control (Personalization) --> Configure Field Control --> Configure Control for Fields of Substructures.
