SRM_COUNTRY_PPS_BR_1: Random Time Generation (New)

Use

As of SAP enhancement package 1 for SAP Supplier Relationship Management 7.0 (SAP SRM 7.0), the business function SRM, Procurement for Public Sector Localization for Brazil, you can generate a random time to determine the auction end time in the live auction process.
