SRM_CONT_IMPR_1: Smart Forms (Enhanced)

Use

As of SAP enhancement package 1 for SAP Supplier Relationship Management 7.0 (SAP SRM 7.0), you can use Smart Forms instead of SAP Interactive Forms by Adobe to create forms for RFxs, RFx responses, shopping carts, and contracts with hierarchical items. For this purpose, the following Smart Forms have been adapted to support numbered hierarchies:

• RFxs (BBP_BID_INVITATION)

• RFx responses (BBP_QUOTATION)

• Shopping cart (BBP_SC)

• Contract (BBP_CONTRACT)

The following Customizing activities are relevant in Customizing for SAP SRM under SRM Server → Cross-Application Basic Settings → Set Output Actions and Output Format:

• Activate/Deactivate Smart Form Innovations

• Condition-Dependent Document Output
