SRM_SERVICE_PROC_1: RFx as Starting Point (Enhanced)

Use

As of SAP enhancement package 1 for SAP Supplier Relationship Management 7.0 (SAP SRM 7.0), RFxs with hierarchical structures created directly in SAP SRM now comply with the MM-SRV rules. Hierarchical structures are correctly mapped to the follow-on documents in SAP ERP, and the system performs checks to ensure that:

  • Services are retrieved from the same logical system.
  • No more than five levels of outlines are allowed.
  • No material items are allowed in a hierarchical structure.
