SRM_702_LOCAL_PPS_ES: Business Function SRM, Localization Spain (New)

Use

As of SAP enhancement package 2 for SAP SRM 7.0, the business function SRM, Localization Spain for Procurement for Public Sector is available.

With this business function, you can:

• Define earmarked funds documents (EFD) integration scenarios in the tendering process and create EFDs from RFx documents.

• Inform award type and contract type in all RFx documents.

• Assign purchase orders to the last EFD created.

Effects on Existing Data

• The interface for Create/Display RFx in the Create Documents of the Procurement for SRM has been enhanced to inform award type and contract type.

Effects on Customizing

To use SRM, Localization Spain for Procurement for Public Sector, you must first activate the business function SRM, Procurement for Public Sector (SRM_PUBLIC_SECTOR_1).

You make the Customizing settings for this function in Customizing for SRM Server, in Country-Specific Functions --> Spain --> Integration with Funds Management:

• Define Award Type

• Define Contract Type

• Define Integration Scenario

• Assign Integration Scenario
