Deactivation and Activation of Selected PPS Functions (New)

Use

As of SAP Supplier Relationship Management 7.0 SP06 (SAP SRM 7.0 SP06), Procurement for Public Sector (PPS), you can deactivate some of the functions that are automatically activated when you activate the PPS business functions SAP SRM Procurement for Public Sector Basis (/SAPPSSRM/SRM_CROSS_INDUSTRIES) and SAP SRM Procurement for Public Sector Functions (/SAPPSSRM/SRM_PPS).

By deactivating the functions you can, for example, ensure that unused fields are not displayed unnecessarily. It can also have a positive effect on system performance.

You can deactivate and activate certain functionality using the following Customizing switches:

• Procurement for Public Sector: Payment Plan(PPS_700_PAYMENT_PLAN)

• Procurement for Public Sector: Period of Performance(PPS_700_PERIOD_OF_PERFORM)

• Procurement for Public Sector: PO Tolerance Check in SRM(PPS_700_PO_TOLERANCE)

• Procurement for Public Sector: Thresholds(PPS_700_THRESHOLD)

• Procurement for Public Sector: Synopsis(PPS_700_SYNOPSIS)
