Customizing Distribution and Customizing Scout (enhanced)
Use
From Release 3.10 the Customizing Distribution logging contains comprehensive troubleshooting functions:
- List of objects distributed
- List of transport requests used
- List of objects for which a Customizing Distribution is active
The Customizing Distribution also offers improved support for distributing view clusters. Customizing objects of type L (logical objects) can now also be distributed and compared with the Customizing Scout. For detailed information about restrictions, see the Customizing Distribution help.
You can select customizing objects from different systems and define mapping mechanisms, with the new transaction Change Synchronization Objects (SCDT_MAPPING). You can base a Customizing Distribution or a comparison with the Customizing Scout, on these self-defined synchronization objects.
