Roles in SAP Solution Manager (changed)

Use

In SAP Solution Manager Release 4.0 and later, there are new user roles for the following functions:

• Solution Reporting

• Service Connection

• Solution Manager Diagnostics Wizard

• Solution Manager Diagnostics Template

• Solution Directory

There is also a new composite role, SAP_SOL_RE_COMP, to display documents dependent on their status maintained in the IMG.

The roles for Change Request Management have been grouped together in composite roles. The administrative role also contains the roles required for cProjects. For more information, see the Configuration Guide for SAP Solution Manager 4.0.
