Enhancements to Field Selection for Loan Master Data

Scope of Functions

You can now use the field selection options for the following fields in master data maintenance:

• No dunning for loan

• Dunning summarization level

• All fields for the external account statement

• All fields for the interest certificate

Effects on Customizing

The default setting for the fields is "Hidden". To make the necessary changes in Customizing for Loans, choose Company Code-Dependent Settings for Product Type (field selection group Correspondence).

Further notes

• The field selections for dunning can be overwritten by the Customizing settings for dunning.

• If you set the fields for the external account statement and the interest certificate to "Required", the system interprets the setting as "Optional", since the initial value for these fields in the application (= 0) is a valid entry.
