Changes to Master Data
Scope of Functions
- As in previous releases, the functions for objects are available for product category 300 (mortgage loans), while the functions for other collateral are available for all loans. From this release, you can define for each product type whether objects or other collateral can be entered. If this is not the case, the corresponding master data screens are suppressed.
- Enhancement F67A0010: Customer Function "10": Parameters for the follow-on screen have been changed (see the documentation for enhancement F67A0010, component EXIT_SAPMF67A_010).
- Enhancement F67A0014: The screen area CF14 is now called up using a separate tabstrip (screen 310). This has increased the available area. To activate the tabstrip in the master data, you must also activate the screen for the user exit in Customizing for the product type. In addition, you must specify a name for the tabstrip in the IMG step Define Name for Function Key for User Exit 14.
- Field selection:
- If you suppress all the fields on a tab, the whole tab is suppressed (exceptions: Basic Data: Key Data and Conditions: Basic Data).
- The field selection groups have been adapted to reflect the new structure of the master data screens. This improves orientation when you maintain the field selections.
Effect on batch input
As part of the SAP-wide ENJOY project, considerable changes have been made to the layout of the loan master data. Consequently, if you use your own batch input programs, you will need to adapt them.
Effects on Customizing
If you want the tabs for collateral and/or objects to be available for a particular product type in master data maintenance, you must activate them in Customizing for Loans in the IMG activity Define Product Types. The indicators are in the Master Data section.
