FIN_TRM_LR_FI_AN: Correspondence (New)

Use

As of SAP enhancement package 3 for SAP ERP 6.0 (EA-FINSERV 603), business function TRM: Hedge Accounting, New Instruments, New Key Figures, you can now use PDF forms in correspondence.

The following forms are delivered:

  • TR_F_AFM_CONF_MM
  • TR_F_AFM_CONF_FX
  • TR_F_AFM_CONF_DE
  • TR_F_AFM_CONF_SE
  • TR_F_AFM_CORR_MM
  • TR_F_AFM_CORR_FX
  • TR_F_AFM_CORR_DE
  • TR_F_AFM_CORR_SE

You can copy the forms using the Form Builder [transaction SFP] and adjust them to your requirements. (Important note:For technical reasons, the form name must not exceed 16 characters.)

You assign the forms in Customizing for the Transaction Manager by choosing Define Correspondence Activities.

You do not need a separate print program to output automatic correspondence. Planned records can be displayed with the correspondence monitor [transaction TBZ11]. In the Correspondence Monitor, you can now use the form type (SAPScript or PDF) to select the planned records.

You can use BAdI (SMOD_RFTBCOEX) for correspondence to override fields or use an append to add your own fields. This BAdI is called by the correspondence function after all the data has been selected.

The correspondence function is now also available for product category 750 Listed Options.

Note:

To use this function, you need to have installed the Adobe Document Server. This is in the Basis component. You need to have installed an up-to-date SAP GUI, as well as the Adobe Reader (for previewing).

Effects on Existing Data

You can continue to use the SAPScript forms that you have used up to now. However, there will not be any new features for such forms.

The IMG activity Define Correspondence Activities has been enhanced so that PDF forms can also be assigned.
