FIN_TRM_LR_FI_AN: Archive Log for Effectiveness Tests (New)

Use

As of SAP enhancement package 3 for SAP ERP 6.0 (EA-FINSERV 603), business function TRM: Hedge Accounting, New Instruments, New Key Figures, you can save effectiveness test logs in the database. To utilize your memory resources, you can archive the logs with the new archiving program.

Effects on Existing Data

The system saves the logs in table THAHRT_MEAS_LOG. If the dataset in this table becomes too large, we recommend that you archive older logs. To do this, choose SAP Easy Access → Treasury and Risk Management → Transaction Manager → Utilities → Archiving → Effectiveness Tests. Alternatively, you can call the archiving object using transaction SARA.

Note:
You can display archived logs at any time. To do this, choose Transaction Manager → Hedge Accounting
→ Hedging Relationships → Hedge Plan (THMEX) or
→ Information Systems → Hedging Relationships (THM80).

To save the logs for the individual valuations on the database, you must first make settings in Customizing for the Transaction Manager under Hedge Management -> Effectiveness Test -> Define Calculation Types.
