FIN_TRM_LR_FI_AN: Adjustments in the Logical Databases (New)
Use
As of SAP enhancement package 3 for SAP ERP 6.0 (EA-FINSERV 603), business function TRM: Hedge Accounting, New Instruments, New Key Figures, there are changes to the field structure of the logical databases.
Since the structures of the logical databases in the Transaction Manager are taken from older software releases, the later conversion to the architecture of parallel position management resulted in data no longer being entered in fields even though memory resources were still required during runtime.
The following fields have been obsolete as of Release Enterprise 2.0 and have now been deleted:
- Logical Database FTI_TR_POSITIONS / Drilldown report type CFM operative/parallel: For a given date
- STUECKZINS_PC

- STUECKZINS_DC
Note: Use field ACC_INTEREST_DC instead. This field applies to all products.
- Logical Database FTI_TR_PL_CF / Drilldown report type CFM operative/parallel: Profit/Loss reporting

- *Field GSVGANG is obsolete.
- **The Payment Reporting fields are now only used in the logical database FTI_TR_CASH_FLOWS and have therefore been deleted from the above-named logical databases.
Effects on Existing Data
- If you upgrade from an existing release before Enterprise 2.0 to a release up to and including the current release, you have to convert the programs and queries used by one of these fields to the new fields.
- If you upgrade from a release before Enterprise 2.0 to a release higher than the current release, a syntax error message appears if you use the fields named in the logical databases above.
- If you upgrade from an existing release after Enterprise 2.0 to a higher release, this will not affect the queries and programs since they have already been converted to the new data sources.
