FIN_TRM_LR_FI_AN: Required and Optional Migration Steps

Use

As of SAP Enhancement Package 3 for SAP ERP 6.0 (EA-FINSERV 603), Business Function TRM: Hedge Accounting, New Financial Products, New Key Figures, you can use new and changed functions in the Transaction Manager. Some of these functions require you to run the conversion programs before you can use them.

The following steps are provided for the migration category Conversion from >= Enterprise 2.0 to ERP 6.0 EhP3:

Conversion Steps (Company Code-Independent)

• G01 Convert OTC Customizing for Accruals/Deferrals

• G02 Convert Display Variants in Position List

Conversion Steps for Each Company Code

• H01 OTC: Convert Accruals/Deferrals

• H02 OTC: Adjust Valuation Classes in Business Transactions (optional)

• H03 Generate Quantity Positions (optional)

The conversion programs are in Customizing for the Transaction Managerunder General Settings → Tools → Conversion Programs.
