Business Partner: Additional Data
Description
In Customizing for the Treasury Business Partner you have the option of defining eleven customer-specific additional fields.
You can use the additional fields for further classification of a business partner.
For example: Addition 1 = hobbies, addition 2 = hair color
As the meaning of the additional fields is determined by Customizing, the description of the data elements that are used should be modified using the transaction CMOD. This enables the respective meaning to be displayed on the business partner screen in which the additional fields are maintained/displayed.
A general text appears on this screen when the system is delivered.
You can use transaction CMOD to adapt the description of data elements to their usage, such as hobbies, in the menu "Text Enhancements" - "Keywords".
The text you have maintained will then automatically appear on the business partner additional data screen.
The following data elements are used for the additional fields:
Addition 1 = VVGRP_1
Addition 2 = VVGRP_2
Addition 3 = VVGRP_3
Addition 4 = VVGRP_4
Addition 5 = VVGRP_5
Addition 6 = VVGRP_6
Addition 7 = VVGRP_7
Addition 8 = VVGRP_8
Addition 9 = VVGRP_9
Addition 10 = VVGRP_10
Addition 11 = VVGRP_11
Following this, screen 7000 (Business Partner: Additional Data) must be generated in display mode in the function group BPAR.
