Change in forex attributes customizing

Description

Until now forex attribute customizing via the "Assign forex attributes" step included two fields (rate type and stock exchange) whose use was unclear. These fields have been replaced by the rate proposal field. If you select this field, the 'Spot' field is automatically filled with the current datafeed rate for the entered currency or with the latest rate from the currency table TCURR when you create a foreign exchange transaction.
