3.0F1: Copy standard securities customizing to target client

Description

Important: You should first read the general release note.

Proceed as follows in the specified sequence:

Copy uncritical settings for securities

Copy uncritical settings

Copy TR critical settings for securities

Prerequisites for copying:

• Company code 0001 exists in target client. Please check company codes.

• Countries DE, US, AT exist. Please check countries.

• Currencies DEM, USD and ATS are defined. Please check currencies.

• Factory calendar 01, US, AT are defined. Please check factory calendars.

• Planning levels WB, WP exist. Please check planning levels.

• G/L accounts 45000, 46000, 113100, 152000, 159100, 201000, 272100 and 196196 (currency swap account) are defined for chart of accounts GKR (required for account assignment reference definition). Please check that accounts exist.

• Document types SA (G/L accounts) and DA (customer) and posting keys 01 and 11 (customer) as well as 40 and 50 (G/L account) exist. In account determination check that the document types, posting keys and G/L accounts exist as in the client delivered in the system.

Are ALL prerequisites fulfilled? If so, copy TR critical settings

Maintain number ranges and other settings manually

Maintain number ranges for class data

Maintain number ranges for orders

Maintain number ranges for prima nota

Maintain number ranges for documents

Maintain number ranges for security/partner relationship

Maintain number ranges for corporate actions

Maintain automatic determination of account assignment reference
