Listed Options and Futures

Description

You can maintain master data for listed options and futures, which allows you to represent the following products in the system:

  • Bond futures
  • Interest futures
  • Stock index futures
  • Stock index options
  • Stock options
  • Bond futures options

You access the corresponding functions in the Derivatives menu by choosing Master Data --> Listed Derivatives --> Class.

You can also create open and close orders as purchase or sales transactions. You can settle executed transactions in the normal way.

You access the corresponding functions in the Derivatives menu by choosing Trading --> Listed Transaction or Back office --> Listed Transaction.

Further notes

As yet, you cannot exercise positions, determine margins or carry out valuations for options.
