Overview of function

To give the borrower an overview of his/her loan, the lender (e.g. bank, insurance company) issues an account statement for the corresponding loan. The data required for this statement are retrieved from actual posting records.

You define the relevant flow types in customizing.

Definitions

External flow type

Flows which are visible to the recipient of an evaluation such as an interest certificate or account statement are considered to be external flow types. In customizing you can decide which flow types are to be displayed as external flow types. You have the option of grouping several flow types under one external flow type. The advantage of external flow types is that you can group several, similar internal flow types under one term (external flow type) which is easy for the borrower to understand.
