3.0F1: Limit management
Description
Limit management is a tool you can use within Treasury Management to manage limit amounts and utilizations.
If you want to use the limit management functions, you first need to maintain limit types and (where appropriate) define limit product groups in customizing under Treasury Management --> Basic functions --> Limit management Maintain limit types and Limit product groups.
Upon this basis you can then use the limit management functions in the Basic functions menu:
- Via edit limit amounts you can generate an overview of the limit amounts or display changes.
- You can generate limit utilizations for a key date and display an overview of limit amounts and utilizations.
- For reorganization purposes, you can delete limit utilizations, e.g. in order to remove data no longer required from the database, and delete all data for a limit type, e.g. if you intend to reconfigure the limit type.

At present, limit management is only available for the money market and foreign exchange areas.
