Deleting transactions in order management
Description
If you delete a transaction in order management, the flow data are no longer physically deleted. They are logically deleted, in other words, they are marked with a deletion indicator and remain in the database. This means that you can still display deleted tranactions. But you cannot process deleted transactions.
When you delete a transaction, all statuses related to it will also be deleted. If, for instance, an order and an execution exist for the order number concerned, both statuses will be marked as deleted.
In the order overview function, you can determine whether deleted transactions are to be displayed or not. This means you can perform evaluations for deleted transactions.
The changes mentioned here are only effective for deleting transactions from Release 3.0F. Transactions which you deleted under earlier releases cannot be displayed and are not included in the order overview.
