Simplification and enhancement of the integrated inbox
Description
Express work items
The selected agents for a work item each receive an express message (popup) on their screens whenever a work item with priority 1 is created for them. The agent can go to their integrated inbox directly from the express message.
Sending an inquiry mail
The existing functionality for sending an inquiry (see 3.0D: Inquiry mail for work items) has been enhanced so that the reply mail automatically terminates the resubmission of the "waiting" work item.
Starting a task with object reference
The existing functionality for starting a task with object reference (see 3.0D: Starting a task) has been enhanced so that the tasks to be started can be determined according to the column with reference to all objects in the work item container and not only with reference to the object referred to in _WI_Object_ID.
Enhanced work item display
The aim of the enhanced work item display is to bring together all the information and activities from within the environment of the work item displayed.
The enhanced work item display not only supports the end user (agent) during processing of the current work item, but also facilitates the creation of an activity list which serve as a personal work list for the user.
