New interface for object type definition

Description

The previous interface for displaying and maintaining object types (transaction SWO1) has been replaced by a new interface which has been adapted to take advantage of the development environment.

Certain functions which were previously implemented via the tree can now be found here: creating subtypes, changing supertypes, changing e object names). The object types are connected to the repository info system.

Maintenance within an object type remains largely unchanged.
