Convenient entry of text variables in long texts for a task
Description
Entry help is now available for maintaining the text variables which can be used in the long texts for a task.
The text variables are expressions which are replaced at runtime by the contents of the relevant work item container.
Long texts for a task can be entered:
- For description purposes
- As notification texts for the
notification agent (completion)
The functionality described here is available for long texts in the editor under "Include" -> "Expression".
