Work item display as default setting and functional enhancements
Description
The variant of the work item display available until now as "Extended work item display" has been revised. As of Release 4.5A, it is the SAP default setting and therefore changes its name to "Work item display".
The display variant known until now as work item display is now called "technical work item display".
The following enchancements have been made to the work item display:
- The tab strip "Basic data" on which the deadlines and attributes of the work item, its description and the titles of the attachments are displayed is set up with an HTML control. You can therefore also include hyperlinks (URL's) to Internet or intranet pages in the descriptive text or as attachments.
- The tab strip "Available objects" presents the objects and attachments from the context of the work item using ActiveX technology, and makes it possible to display and add objects.
- The tab strip "Activities", with which additional activities for a work item could be added and processed, can now only be seen by the current agent of the work item if they have appropriate authorisation. This is authorization 29 for authorization object S_WF_WI.
