Business Workflow Explorer: Overview of all tasks of a component
Description
The Business Workflow Explorer is a tool that displays all tasks belonging to a particular search range in a clear format. The search range includes tasks of a particular application component, a particular task group or tasks with a particular property (saved locally or suitable for SAPphone).
In the case of multistep tasks, the following are displayed in a multi-level hierarchical format:
- Any subworkflows.
- All relevant single-step tasks.
From the Business Workflow Explorer, it is possible, for example, to navigate into individual tasks or into maintenance of agent assignment. All available functions can be found in the context-sensitive menu (right mouse button).
This function is located in the area menu for SAP Business Workflow, or here: Business Workflow Explorer. (To change a preset search range, choose "View" -> "Choose other search range".)
