Changes to the documentation tools of the IDoc Basis.

Description

The documentation tools were changed for Release 3.1. You find them as before in the area menu "WEDI", Pull-Down "documentation".

The documentation tools have been standardized with the display programs and the definition tools. This results in the following changes:

• All structures are displayed in tree format. There are many functions for expanding and hiding information.

• There is a tool for displaying the documentation of the IDoc record types (as before).

• There is a tool for displaying documentation of IDoc types (as before).

• Programs that give a restricted view of parts of the documentation omitted (exception RSEIDOC3, IDoc type parser).

• In addition to the tree-format display of the documentation, the following output formats can be generated:

• Transport IDoc that contains the documentation (IDoc types SYRECD01 and SYIDOC01),

• HTML format of documentation and

• C-header definitions of the structure.

By using user-specific profiles, users can set and save a preferred view in the documentation tools.
